DIY Installation Made Simple

Using a layout plan provided by the Wunda team, the installation followed a clear, step-by-step process:

Step 1: Install perimeter edge insulation
A perimeter strip was fitted around the room to allow for expansion and reduce heat loss.

Step 2: Lay Wunda Rapid Response boards
Boards were installed from the farthest corner toward the entrance, fitted tightly together and secured with adhesive. The boards were easily cut to suit the room layout.

Step 3: Install heating pipes
Pipes were pressed into the pre-routed grooves, ensuring smooth bends to prevent kinking. All pipe loops were routed back to the manifold location.

Step 4: Connect and pressure test
A qualified plumber connected the system to the manifold and carried out pressure testing to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Step 5: Install floor finish
Laminate flooring was installed over the system, providing a clean and modern finish.

Step 6: Final detailing
Edge insulation was trimmed flush with the finished floor for a neat, professional appearance.
