Due to rapid expansion, Wunda have exciting opportunities within our Customer Service Team.
Advising our customers before, during and aftersales is key to our success, you will be talking to new and repeat customers about Smart Heating control solutions. This position is well suited to an enthusiastic quick learner who isn’t afraid to ask questions.
Based in our Technical Department, you will work closely with all other departments to assure fantastic technical support and advice is provided 7 days a week. Providing excellent customer service, leaving all customers satisfied, and ensuring repeat business.
Previous experience in a customer service or technical role would be advantageous, but more importantly, you must be eager to learn about a niche subject to a high level and able to assist people with varying degrees of knowledge with any problems they are facing.
•Offer customers first class technical support. (Full training provided)
•Promote and sell our new WundaSmart controls to customers.
•Advise customers in our showroom.
•Advise customers on best practice in line with company factsheets.
•Process warranty claims whilst minimising financial loss.
•Satisfy customer complaints in line with company policies.
•Complete customer returns in line with company procedures.
•Process sales orders over the phone.
•Make concise notes on a customer’s account regarding your contact with them.
•High attention to detail.
•Strong phone contact handling and communication skills.
•Ability to learn and understand in depth technical information.
•IT literate with a strong understanding of the Microsoft environment.

Job Type: Full time 5 days a week, Monday – Sunday. (on a rota basis)
40 hours per week.
Salary: £9.50/hr with a pay review post probation.
Contract: 12 month rolling contract.

Previous sales & customer service experience required.
Due to the rapid growth of our WundaSmart heating control system, we are looking to expand the team to further support our customers in answering their enquiries meeting their requirements, and completing the sale.
· Provide customers with first class service and support over the phone;
· Promoting and selling Wundasmart;
· Advise customers in showroom adhering to Covid secure company policies;
· Any other duties as required by the department.
This will be a dynamic role as the department grows. Saturday shifts required on a rota basis with a view to include Sundays in the future.
· Previous sales & customer service experience;
· Interest in technology;
· IT literate;
· Interpersonal & customer care skills;
· Works well under pressure with good time & task organisational skills.

Full time positions available, 5 days a week, Monday – Saturday (on a rota basis, possibility of Sunday in the future)
The position will be on a 12-month rolling contract with a 3-month probation period. £9.50/hr during probation with a pay review post probation.
