HubSwitch Set Up LED
If you ever have any problems with your Wifi or network here’s some information to help you understand and diagnose the problem you may be experiencing.
Flashing white – Configuration mode
The HubSwitch is not connected to your mobile device (with application installed)
Solid white – Configuration mode
The HubSwitch is successfully connected to your mobile device (with application installed)
Flashing Blue – No WiFi Connection
The WiFi is not connected to the HubSwitch. This could be due to using the wrong network or password information, a problem with your WiFi router or coverage.
Flashing Green – Connected to WiFi
The WiFi is connected and working but not broadcasting an internet connection. This could be due to your Internet Provider experiencing problems in your local area. Please log in and check your router settings, if you have a BT router make sure Smart set up is switched off.
Solid Green – All is working perfectly.
BOOST 1 LED
- LED is off – BOOST 1 is inactive
- Solid Green – BOOST 1 is active
BOOST 2 LED
- LED is off – BOOST 2 is inactive
- Solid Green – BOOST 2 is active
